Referral system and communication needs a lot of improvement. Especially when your insurance says yes and your business says no. That’s double managing my health care options. When this keeps happening with the specialist you’ve had before joining your center then that’s just bad business.

The caring and professionalism of my Dr. Safanah Alshinqity and her M.A. That M.A is the best, no pain when she takes blood! She deserves a raise! The officer staff is great. I love my Chen!

Dr. Baptist treats my 84 year old mother as if she were his mother. He is patient, respectful and extremely caring. Equally thoughtful and kind are nurses Ruth and Cassandra. They were loving and compassionate, giving mom the time she needed to get her labs completed. I’m most impressed with the fact that Dr. Baptist gave mom the time to express her worries and concerns as well as thoughtfully answering her questions. We are so happy that we chose Chen Senior Medical Center to be her Primary care facility.
