Dr. Subramanya , I feel very comfortable visiting her every six months and she always answers my questions and then she asks about me, how I'm doing and everything. And I find her to be a really good doctor.

Dr S is friendly and will take time to listen and to advise the patient. It seems that non Virtua doctors kept me waiting for them to come into the exam room, then don't spend enough time with me, the patient. The staff is also friendly and professional.

Dr. Subramanya was very detailed. She listened to the problems. She prescribed a blood work to be done to check for the autoimmune disease, but it was not covered by insurance. So we contacted the office to update the code, and send a new script or have the same blood being used for the autoimmune disease. It has been three days. We haven't received a call back from the staff. I think the staff is extremely slow in responding. So that needs to be worked upon. So the staff needs to be more efficient in following up doctor's instruction. Dr. Subramanya also prescribed the medicine for the epidemic.

My visits at this office, not just with this provider, have felt perfunctory and unhelpful in helping me achieve my health goals. My goals of finding the root cause of my current health concerns so they can be addressed holistically, not through med management, have not been successful at this office. This visit was a requirement for an Rx refill and I felt the same sentiment from the provider - another patient to check off the list. Transparently, I did not come prepared to this visit with a list of questions as I have in the past. Previous experiences have taught me this is not a useful process as the providers do not appear to have the time to engage. The 15-minute visits go quickly - with most time being spent collecting and logging vitals and the provider entering data into the computer. I've been looking for a new provider who may be able to partner with me on my health journey .

I love Dr. Subramanya! Prior to her treating me, I felt somewhat lost in the shuffle as there had previously been a lot of turnover in the practice. She is attentive and caring and instills confidence in me that I didn't have with previous physicians there.

Yes, the receptionist was very pleasant and my doctor was excellent and so was the nurse. Very friendly, knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and I definitely would use all of them again.

I was upset that my first appt got cancelled due to the doctor having an emergency. The office was able to get me another appt for the day, and the doctor I saw seemed competent. A good ending.

Staff is great. Physical building needs updating. Double doors into the waiting room slam vey hard and are very loud. Virtua can do better.

It has become frustrating to go to get a physical and they don't check everything. Take a blood test and then refer you to somebody else. I've been told that the prostate exam, still uncomfortable for everybody, is the best way of telling if a problem is developing. A PSA telling you that there is a problem. So I think that should change in the future.
