She took the time to address my concerns and explained things that I was wanting to know. She included me and my husband in on forming a plan on how to move forward with my treatment taking my interests into account.

I had lots of questions and never felt hurried. I was given options, which I really appreciated. She cared about my preferences and I felt empowered to make my own decisions with her recommendations.

She is a good provider. My issue is only about the need for multiple blood draws or alternatively having to wait. This could very well just be due to my not understanding how the practice works.
