My Dr A was so patient with his patient:). I am so blessed that he's doing my surgery. He shows compassion n empathy. Thank Yall n Every Nurse or personel

. For my pre- op visit , I was very impressed. hospital staff was effective and efficient in their time management, as Well as mine. They made sure everything was done thoroughly and I that understood everything that was needed and necessary .The pre-op was organized . They made sure I was comfortable . The staff worked together so smoothly . Staff was so cordial and helpful.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
No the positive atmosphere was not artificial. I am feeling very confident about having my procedures done at thib. General. Everyone was friendly,considerate ,and respectful. l feel like they genuinely care about me.

Very prompt! I did not even get forms filled out before I was called to the exam room and Dr was in the room in record time! Check in experience was fast and staff very friendly. This was my first visit, I was given easy to follow directions to get to the office! Appreciated the text reminders for appointments!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I can’t think of a thing!

Dr. Awasthi and his staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel comfortable, like you’re family.

Nurse was absolutely wonderful. Wish I wasn’t distracted but can’t remember name. MA was very nice

Dr. Awasthi listened to me and answered all questions…. He took his time explaining my options and let me take part in the decision on what type of care he would provide , gave me different options . And his staff was kind, friendly and respectful

They called me for an appointment when they saw i had gotten another mri for my back. Their concern is awesome and very caring. I had an appointment within 2 days and his concern was un believably excellent . He referred me to pain management and got an appointment the next day. Awesome doctor and staff.

The friendliness’s of the staff the Dr.was very knowledgeable about my condition and I would recommend him to family and friends I also appreciate the fact that he treats Jehovah’s Witnesses and has no problem with the blood issue

Nurse was friendly and understanding. Doctor was specific and to the point. Explained to me about the MRI that was done on my lower back not consistent with is going on with my legs. I got the MRI for upper part of my back really fast. Appreciate his concern and honesty
