She was very professional, esp with matters that are of a sensitive nature. When asked questions, she took the time to listen then respond w/ easy to understand answers. She also did not talk down to me, rather talked to me. She spent time to understand my concerns as well, making this a pleasant experience.

Kristen is compassionate and calming. She sees me as a person first. I appreciate that she explains what she is doing and what she sees. She is never an alarmist but takes my concerns seriously. Definitely worth the hour drive to have her as my provider.

Kristen had a personable manner that put me at ease & assured me that some of my after surgery symptoms may lesson in coming months. I do like that I will be seen again in several more weeks by Dr Murray, who did my surgery.
