Kristen DeCelli was excellent. She was polite and professional. She listened to my questions and concerns and responded accordingly. This was my 1st time coming to this office since 2019. Even so Kristen was up to speed on my history.

Although this procedure can result in some post-discomfort I did not really experience any. I would attribute this at least partially to how she approached it which was carefully and gently. Thank you!
