Considering the nature of the problem I saw Dr. Fromer for, it could have been uncomfortable but she made it very comfortable.

I felt safe and secure with Dr. Fromer from the very second she stepped into the examining room. I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Fromer analyzed my situation and offered several options for my consideration detailing what each procedure involved. Once I made my decision, the medical staff made all the right connections for me regarding gynecological evaluation, the scheduling of surgery and pre-operative testing. Dr. Fromer was highly recommended to by a family member and a co-worker. I received excellent care.

I would like to mention that receptionist (who took my appointment over the phone, and she gave me discharge information along with prescription) was the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. I was not able to check her name, but I told her in person she was the nicest receptionist I ever dealt with. She deserves respect!!

She was very careful in explaining about why she was unable to proceed with the examination. It was, most certainly, my fault in taking a drug that morning that I should have avoided before the visit. It will NEVER happen again. I wish I had had this information before that visit!

I felt intimidated by the way the doctor spoke. She spoke very loudly, shouted, and waved her hands, without letting me finish speaking so my son could translate. I didn't feel she really wanted to hear about my complaints and pain. She made me feel very uncomfortable and lacked any empathy for my health problems, which is why I was referred to her. I would rather not see her again and look for another doctor who can truly treat me as a professional. I think my language makes communication difficult and worse. She is not a healthcare provider who meets the standards by the way she expressed during my first consultation with her. It wasn't a very good experience. I don't usually speak about healthcare professionals, but in this case, I think the hospital should know. Thank you.
