I love Dr.Fazio and the nurse practitioner. However last time I had a visit, I had some issues with the front desk ladies. I told them what I was there for, I was told prior that I did not need an appointment for what I was coming in for and told I could just walk in. I was told 'I'm busy doing something, sign your name and have a seat'. As I was sitting and waiting, I could hear the two ladies at the desk laugh and make comments such as 'these patients don't ever show up on time'. You could hear the comments they were making from the waiting room and we'll as laughter about it. I have always had a good experience at this office until this day.

I had a 1:30 appointment and was there 20 minutes early. I waited in the front room for approximately 50 minutes only to be called into the back room to wait for 30-40 additional minutes. Then after all the waiting I get a PA and not my DR. The PA did fine, but I waited a week for the appointment thinking I was waiting that long for DR. Fazio. It was just disappointing to wait that long for a 10-12 minute visit with someone.

I've been getting the most intense migraines of my life where my symptoms point to something very serious, and Deborah told me to just 'take care of my stress' and 'try yoga!'I think I'm rightfully upset. Looking for a new doctor.

Friendly and helpful.

Time waiting. My appointment was for 11:00 am. I was instructed to come at 10:30 for new patient documentation, which I completed on line. I was not called back to patient room until 11:45. Then sat in room waiting for NP until 12:00pm. The NP was excellent and spent all the time we needed. The office staff were friendly. I used my personal PTO to come to the appointment as there are not after hours appointments. Being cognizant of time and efficiency is very important to me and is why I would hesitate to refer others.

I made a scheduled appt. Obtained new insurance...came over 1 hr early for office to verify insurance. Initial office personnel who was a Caucasian female, not sure of her name was flustered, borderline rude. Upon me giving her my insurance info..I was told she did not know what the info was and she kept saying she did not know what to do as well as stating she didn't know what to tell me. So I finally was able to communicate to the office worker to communicate to me what was needed in order for my insurance to be verified . To date she said I needed insurance cards..ok no problem..I had the insurance carrier email them to me. Basically I was told multiple things..as if I was not versed on what was needed. I had 2 insurance carriers on the phone attempting to verify insurance info with this staff member and she exhibited by her body language towards me, facial expressions as well as not actively listening to the insurance provider and not being able to effectively problem solve/communicate with me. Then the 2nd office personnel I encountered was the office manager, who communicated to me since I went over my scheduled time, my apot would be canceled. I in fact did not go over my scheduled time, the workers kept communicating to me whenever my info was put into their system..my insurance could not be verified. However, I had emailed copies of my insurance cards as well as 2 insurance carriers attempting to verify my insurance. I arrived a hour early and did not receive intelligent interaction with the office personnel. It's very taxing to have to deal with personnel who do not exhibit the basic tools to perform their job function. I expect better and and encourage the office members mentioned to have better customer service and recovery.

I like how easy the Nurse Practitioner was to speak to virtually. She got me set up for blood work and a cardiology appointment but have not heard a SINGLE word from the cardiologist office which is frustrating slightly, not sure if I should call them at this point. Anyways, staff was great and overall great virtual visit.
