Service was provided exceptional well by the nurse and practitioner. Both nurse and practitioner explained what they were doing during the visit and examination. Both answered any questions that was asked about my office visit.

Sometimes it is hard to get messages to provider and get a return response. My appointment time was changed without any notification it was changed.Need better correspondence between patients and providers. Need to be able to see provider without having to wait for 4 to 5 months when needed.
