The wait time was minimal, the staff was outstanding and Dr Dear was excellent. I've been to a lot of doctor visits and really don't know you could improve it

I think Dr. Dear was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, he was easy to speak with and gave wonderful suggestions! He said we would work on my health together as a team, i love this.

Dr. Dear made sure to go the extra mile. I am self pay and I got a flu shot. We hadn't discussed how much it would be so he went and made sure I didn't have to pay out of pocket for it. Also, he ordered a test that was more affordable.

Dr. Dear is absolutely fabulous and even took the time to look up an mri from 2015 and informed me of a condition that I’ve had that I didn’t know I had and my new medication is helping me to sleep better and I’ve only had one leg cramp in a week I’m so ecstatic that I’m doing better

The entire process of an appointment with Dr. Dear's office is seamlessly smooth, from initial scheduling to check-in, discussions / chart updates with nurse, time spent with doctor addressing reason for visit and other concers, and post-visit instructions / referrals. I feel respected, heard, comfortable, and safe at this office.

Dr. Thomas is a very professional & empathetic doctor. Would highly recommend him. Always does his best to address all of patients issues & Concerns. When administering difficult needed painful procedures he is always as gentle as he can be while getting the job done quickly & professionally completed.. I am very grateful to have him as my PCP.
