Yes, the Dr. came in, checked me out and prescribed strong enough medication after being sick for 3 weeks to knock out the sinus infection. I am improving in 1 day

This was my first visit. It was fabulous! Dr Dear was patient, listened, answered my questions, friendly, caring just an overall excellent visit. I normally don’t mark excellent as my answers because nothing is perfect. Yesterday my first visit was perfect!!

Dr. Dear was VERY caring and did such a wonderful job listening. He paid attention to detail which you do not receive often.

I made an appointment for 2pm and they didn’t even reopen from lunch until 2:30. I did not receive a call notifying me of this either.

The entire staff was friendly and attentive. The wait was not very long for a busy urgent care clinic.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Receiving a printed visit summary. Not a big issue as I get everything through the app anyways. Just took a little longer than expected.

Dr. Dear took my sons medical history into account and was very thorough and ordered birthing testing and I was called with results the same day. Very impressed.

All staff members were friendly, professional and helpful. I cannot say enough about the quality of care that I receive by Dr. Dear. I am 73 years old, with multiple health issue and he addresses it all. He always reviews and explains everything that has to do with my care. He shows great concern on keeping me as healthy as possible. He is the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Dear and his staff were the most attentive, affirmative medical team I have EVER seen. Everything was clear, concise, and well explained. They didn’t at all rush or shame me even when I needed to hear information more than once.

Dr. Dear and his medical assistant Ceira were extra extraordinary throughout the visit. It was the best time I did not feel rushed. I felt very well cared for.

Dr. Dear is the best: knowledgeable, personable, professional. I am a new patient and will now become a regular patient with Dr. Dear. His listening skills are exceptional and he actually listens! It can be a challenge and stressful to find a new Primary Care Physician. I feel fortunate to have connected with Dr. Dear!
