I never feel rushed. Deanna spends as much time as I need for discussion of test results and questions that I have.

I never feel rushed or uncomfortable to ask any questions.Deanna is a role model of how a patient should be treated.I left my last PCP because they were the opposite of patients advocating for themselves

Was told I'd get a call from her in the pm when my Princeton radiology results got back but I heard nothing till I called back Monday morningThen later that day- say 4 pm I get a voicemail from a staff member that my rib was bruisedThough the rx was same it was a frustrating wknd/ kinda too little too late scenario and frankly using any docs or services not at st Mary causes issues and not a seamless communication Like I have to be on one system or another even though it all seems to eventually get into both of my charts with u and Penn Anyway- it's my problem I guess, not yours and I was happy to get a walk- in appt when I felt I needed it

DeAnna Offenback, NP was incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and I truly felt heard. She took my blood pressure concerns seriously. She thoughtfully discussed possible causes and the next steps, while still reassuring me in a way that eased my anxiety. I left feeling supported and confident in the plan. I feel grateful to have such a compassionate and intelligent provider guiding my care.

Very friendly and polite. She took the time to explain things to me. I understand she was out on maternity leave however, the office seems a lot more organized when she’s there and staff are a lot more friendly when she’s around.

The appointment was great. The nurse took all of my vitals and scheduled my next appointment before I was seen, Deanna answered all of my questions and gave me great feedback on the reason for my visit and I left feeling confident about my next visit and my next steps.
