Dawn is professional, personable, respectful and non-judgmental. She helped identify a medication I couldn't remember and made helpful suggestions about its replacement. She took enough time to get to know me and understand my lifestyle and reasons for avoiding surgical procedures. I appreciate her approach to my care.
