Dr.Webner is a fabulous doctor. He is gentle, soothing, and so reassuring. He is honest in the most respectful way. His PA Andrew is also awesome. They are a great team!

I drive 25 miles each way to see Doctor Webner, he is awesome. I have been a patient of his for 13 years. I cannot say enough good things about him, his staff and the new office.

The doctor was great and the person that took me back was great. The appointment process and desk staff didn't seem to care much.

I waited for one hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. This was frustrating . Maybe better scheduling should be addressed for patient consideration.

I like my provider, but I waited to be seen more than an hour past my appointment time with no update from the front desk staff. Though I received multiple text messages reminding me of my appointment and to be early, no one told me how late my provider was running before I arrived or even while I waited. Too many patients seem to be scheduled without respecting our time or the stress this schedule places on staff.

Entrances to the Virtua buildings are a hazard. The parking lots should be connected. I almost got hit every time I try to find the correct entrance.

The only negative is the phone system, which is horrible. I had a very difficult time getting through.

It took me 1 hour and 28 minutes on the phone just to get this appointment. Then I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, all while every single person who came in after me was already taken back to their appointment, the majority being done completely while I still sat there. Mind you I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, and did all of the e-check in and payment ahead of time. The doctor talked over me, seemed like he was done for the day and wanted to end the appointment. Prescribed me a medication without really explaining much about it just said it's an anti inflammatory. He didn't seem to take me or the pain I am in seriously.

Well, good staff, good doctor. Dr. Webner, much appreciated doctor. He gave very good advice. I approve. Anybody who needs to get any type of injury, hip, anything when it comes to orthopedic, I say 10.

My appointment was at 3:00 but I was not brought back to see the Dr till 4:30 and waited another 15 minutes in the room waiting for the Dr. I did feel rushed as well as they were behind. Not a great experience

From beginning to end, the visit was great. Dr. Webner was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to listen and thoroughly explain. {Redacted}, ATC/L was very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Webner to family and friends.

When diagnosing the need for P/T the provider should suggest / recommend Virtua P/T over any others.

I traveled a long way to come see Dr webner at Virtua. The reason why is because he is such an outstanding physician. Kind, patient, intuitive and thorough. And I am a tough judge of providers as I am a healthcare provider myself.

I was not happy that I waited an hour in the waiting room for my appointment. I feel that is definitely excessive time to wait.
