Start to finish ....Top Notch! Prompt ...didnt have to wait in waiting room. Didn't have to wait months in between appointments. Doctors were friendly and professional! Most importantly they were informed and intelligent enough to get to the bottom of my problem. Thank you

I was very much impressed with doctor Webner who I had never seen before. He was thorough and I felt he was knowledgeable as well as compassionate. Many of the doctors I had seen before were not that willing to help. Dr Webner offered me a cortisone shot, I'm waiting to see if it helps me. I was also impressed with the resident who was assisting Dr Webner. He was thorough & understanding . Both had remarkable bed side manner.

I was very happy with Dr. Webner. He treated me with respect and explained everything really well. And I was in a lot of pain. He gave me a cortisone injection and I'm feeling like a new person, 100% better. So I'm very grateful and thank you so much.

Really appre iate that all xrays and scans were done in house, same day. Met doc, had xray, ultrasound and treatment all in less than an hour.

Dr. Webner listens carefully and treats you with patience and respect. He doesn't make you feel like just a number like many other doctors sometimes do.

After I met with Dr. Webner, who was great, he told me his scheduler would contact me within two days to schedule the procedure. It's five days, actually seven days later, and I have not heard from the scheduler yet. And I actually called today and asked to have somebody call me and still not have heard. So I like Dr. Webner, but the follow-up has been kind of lousy.

The Doctor was well prepared when he came into the room. He was pleasant, caring and engaging. He was very articulate about my condition and easy to understand. I felt like he cared about me.

Yes, the only complaint that I have is the phone system. It was very, very difficult to be able to talk to anyone in the office. The only number that I had is the number that you call to make an appointment and then either you have to wait or someone will call you back. That was probably the biggest problem I had and that was a significant problem. Everything else was great. The people were great. The office was great. Just as I said, just the phone system was horrible.

My experience with the Dr and staff was good. The call center and trying to reach the office was HORRIBLE!! No one can wait in line or wait for a call back number . It took me almost 3 hours to get in contact with anyone, absolutely ridiculous. If we're to find another dr outside of Virtua I would immediately

I had waited over an hour past my appointment time, which I had scheduled 2 weeks prior as an Emergency Room follow up. The Doctor did not seem to know what he was speaking to me about. Knee vs elbow, even though I was told by the scheduler that I needed to wait longer to see him for this joint and specialty. I had X-rays taken of elbow and hands after a fall at the ER, which I was doing the follow up for. The doctor had said that I should get an ultrasound to confirm no break, which is fine. The doctor did not ask me details about my day to day to suggest needs for restrictions. Only after I asked about restrictions, and he mentioned that I shouldn't be doing things like lifting weights did I say that yes, I do go to the gym and lift heavy usually multiple times a week. The practice seemed more concerned on their questionnaire with elderly and low mobility patients than very active patients, even in talking with the doctor and assistant prior to the exam. I scheduled a follow up and am waiting for prior authorization clearance for the mri. It has been 2 business days since my appointment and I have not heard back about authorization to schedule the mri.

Dr. Webner is great! He recognizes the issue and treats it so thoroughly. He's so easy to talk to about the situation and how to handle/fix it.

Dr. Webner is a very, very excellent doctor. He treats you kind, with respect, and he tries to help you so much. The only thing I'm not happy with is the way when you call Virtua, the way they don't have like a person, you have to wait on the line and just wait. No, it's just, I'm not crazy about the system they have in Virtua. Okay, that's it.

LONG wait time (with an appointment on several visits). Extra long checkout time. One rude, curt lady at checkout (the others were nice). They don't wear name tags so I don't know who it was but I watched a few of her interactions and was not impressed. Super happy to skip the check out.

Dr Webner is highly skilled with administrating a hip injection in the office. It was extremely painful for me to walk. After the injection, I was able to walk with less pain. The injection helped with my hip pain.

The check In wasn't so pleasant. I'd to stand on my aching knees for adleast 19 minutes. I asked could I sit down. I couldn't had to stand until they figure out how to process me in. Once I got to room everyone so pleasant even the X-ray tech.

Dr.,Webner gave me a cortisone injection which provided relief for a day. he,indicated that the pain should go away now. Unfortunately I am in pain again every day.

I had doctor DR Webner is kind and understanding and I recommend anyone who wants to see orthopedic . He is very patient and understanding . Overall he's amazing doctor
