I am blessed to have Doctor Vann and Dana Sellers. My only complaint with this Piedmont health care is the after hours on call doctors.
My wife had a extreme breakdown and I called the answering service and was never contacted by a doctor so now I know why the ER is so busy after hours. I really wish the doctors on call would at least return a call even if they can't do anything.

The only issue with this appointment occurred when we went upstairs to have lab work done. We could hear the technicians (about 4-5 of them) laughing and loudly joking around. After 15 min of waiting, I walked into the lab area to notify them that we were waiting whereupon they quit joking around and performed our labwork.

The problem isn’t necessarily with Dr Vann. The problem is I have never been seen on time. I finally saw Dr Vann over 50 mins after my scheduled appointment. It is the norm at this facility!
