The only issue with this appointment occurred when we went upstairs to have lab work done. We could hear the technicians (about 4-5 of them) laughing and loudly joking around. After 15 min of waiting, I walked into the lab area to notify them that we were waiting whereupon they quit joking around and performed our labwork.

The problem isn’t necessarily with Dr Vann. The problem is I have never been seen on time. I finally saw Dr Vann over 50 mins after my scheduled appointment. It is the norm at this facility!

Dr. Vann is a good doctor to me and my husband, we have been with him over 16 or 17 years. He listens to what you are saying and he don't rush you.

The front office staff and assistant (person taking vitals, etc.) is excellent as well. The responder to his my chart messaging I would give a 3-5.

Dr. Vann is one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help them. He takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure his patients’ best interests are always the priority—even if it means going over the scheduled time. His compassion, dedication, and genuine concern set him apart. I wish more doctors were like him.
