I have to tell you that this is the first time I've seen him. It's my first appointment. He ordered some tests. We'll see how things go over the next hour. And from here on out, I'll continue seeing him. But he seems like a very good doctor because of what I saw. And I hope it goes well at that hospital because of the positive reputation it has. We look forward to seeing him again. I'm going back on the 2nd when I get some results. And that's when I'll see him again as a doctor. The only thing is, he doesn't speak Spanish. I got a translator, but it doesn't matter. The important thing is that he knows what he's doing.

At the beginning I did not expect much because I found Dr. Chang thru online based on location. But outcome was very impressive. My wife and I like him very much. We are looking forward to seeing him more in the future. I expect more productive outcome. The staff were very friendly and professional. Up to now, we are very happy with Dr. Chang.

There was construction work being done at the facility and parking was extremely difficult. This could have been advised to patients in advance to allow extra time or make other arrangements.

I only had two negative things related to this medical appointment. 1) Dr. Chang was highly recommended by my previous neurologist but he had a 14 month weight period, which is excessive for someone with the issues I was experiencing, but I was happy to finally meet him. 2) Parking there at his office in North Bergen was an absolute nightmare!

Wait time to be admitted in room was around 1 hour and 20 minutes. Wait time once in room was 35 minutes waiting for the provider.

Dr. Chang is very friendly, understanding and professional. Very easy to share issues with and receive thorough answers.

Dr Chang was very good. But the staff was extremely rude. I check-in online and came 30 mins before my appointment I was made to wait for another 1.5 hours after my appointment time. After an hour I asked if I could know how long it would take as I had a work related call ...I was rudely told to sit down and as retribution for asking a question I was made to wait until all patients, many of whom came after me were seen by the doctor.

Well, I have the issue that this doctor who treats me, I've been a patient of his for more than 18, almost 20 years. He's been my doctor, the urologist I've had. So far, I have a very good opinion of this doctor, very good, he's always treated me well. I'm super, super, super... happy with the professionalism he's shown me. I will recommend him to any friend, any stranger, who asks me about him. He's a great doctor. I congratulate you for having such professionals in your company. Have a good day and may God bless you. Well, everything went well for me. The care was good, both by the hospital staff and the doctor. He's a doctor with a lot of experience with my prostate condition, and that's why I'm satisfied with the care I received from the first day until today, while I'm still undergoing the procedure.
