Pleasant, competent, informative, excellent education on my medical issues, proactive regarding my medical condition. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and supportive. All were very compassionate and helpful in every way.

The team as well as the doctor was very patient, listened, asked great qi, and answered our wuestions about the diagnosis. They gave us HOPE that there would be options that they would share with us as progression occurs.

So many Doctors discount my husband because of his condition and only speak to me. Dr. G’s team talks to him, not “about him”.
They are full of joy!

Dr G has the most wonderful bedside manner! The whole staff was wonderful. They were extremely thorough and made my mom feel at ease even during a very difficult time.

I understand that patients are not given a summary of the visit that includes verbiage about what was found, what was discussed, next steps etc. All we receive is a top line with very little content about the actual visit. Most of the content is about diet and how to improve sleeping. Have been told if we want the providers notes on the visit will have to get them from our primary care physician who would have received a copy. We do not understand why we have to go through that step to receive the information. Thank you.

Dr. Geldmacher ( I probably butchered the spelling.. sorry), was wonderful and probably the only doctor we've seen who was 100% honest with my daddy about his memory. Two of the three young women who initially interacted with him were very patient and kind. Their empathy was obvious. However, the young woman who did most of the questioning and entering information into the computer was rather impatient and sometimes abrupt. I have no doubt she is very intelligent and efficient, but her "bedside" manner needs a little work. Of all places to work, this clinic's staff should have the patience of Job. You are dealing with confused patients and stressed caregivers. Some of the questions asked needed to be asked of the caregiver(me) in a private setting. To discuss situations in front of my dad (when it is obviously something that confused, astonished or offended him) was very uncomfortable. To talk as if he was not in the room, was disrespectful. One of the young women noticed my discomfort and offered to talk in the hallway. She is s treasure and I hope she continues to work for you.
Other than that one person, I apologize that I do not remember their names nor their position in the clinic, it was a great experience.

Dr. Geldmacher is AMAZING!!!! He was informative of my issues, instructional with steps for me to take, reliable to be detailed and through. I trust him. I believe that he genuinely cares about my whole being. His staff were curtious, thoughtful, and well trained.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the visit. Outstanding care. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Geldmacher and the nurse practitioner Whitney Gray and all the staff. Dr. Geldmacher's instructions for lifestyle changes were easy to follow and in accord with all I've ever read. I know my husband is getting the very best of care.

The staff and Dr. Geldmacher were extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions. They provided valuable information related to my memory issues and carefully explained the results of the MRI that my primary health provider had taken about 1.5 years ago. I now have a plan of action to address the short-term memory issues I have been having since Covid. Unlike many physicians in my past, they were on time. I really appreciated that.
