Hi, I have no problem with Dr. David Singh, but the appointment given girls messed up so much and I have a disabled husband with the Parkinson. We waited three hours and it was a bad, very, very bad experience with the girls. They said you can come with the appointment card. We honored the card and they made a big issue and they accused me and I didn't like it. I had a that's a bad experience. Doctor is great. Thank you.

Dr. Shin, is an excellent doctor. He is patient, friendly and very kind. I got stuck in traffic, my appointment was at 4:20pm. I did not arrive until 4:50pm, he said that it was no problem, and he would still see me. He is definitely in the right profession. His staff is also very courteous, and knowledgeable. Kudos to Dr.Shin and his staff.

I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time at the doctor's office was approximately fifteen minutes. In the past it was always much longer than that.

The doctor performed an ultrasound on me and told me verbally what he found, but he didn't give me a written report, so I asked for it for my personal records so I can show it to the specialist he recommended.

The RN that removed my catheter was very compassionate and professional. I felt very comfortable with her, forgot her name but I remember her saying she's been with Humc for over 39 years. Outstanding Nurse ??

Yeah, doctor, very good. Difficult to schedule appointments, very busy. Once scheduled, appointments are sometimes changed to less optimum times in my schedule. I've not yet begun treatment. you know, kind of the diagnostic phase currently. So it's hard to say what the net result will be, but I'm optimistic.
