As important as healthcare is, it was very convenient and very gracious of Dr. Baumgarten to see me and to offer me the services that they did. Virtual was a great experience and I feel better and the doctor provided me with some new information and a new medication that I instantly saw success with. Thank you.

When doing a zoom visit, they should do a call back if they were running behind, I waited over and half hour before the doc came on and the whole conversation was done in less then 5 mins

I recently underwent breast reduction surgery through Virtua and it changed my entire life. The staff was incredible. Everyone was so diligent, so patient, and so thorough from the day I saw my primary care doctor for a referral until after my surgery was completed, and I was going in for my follow up appointment. I cannot thank this company enough for all that they have done for me and my family.

Everyone was polite, helpful and knew there jobs . The doctor was considerate , he listened he wasn't rushed. He took the time to show me how to use medication and he was kind enough to give me samples to get started . I would go back again and most definitely recommend him and the office to others .

Dr. was wonderful and compassionate to me, a stage 4 cancer patient who booked a bucket list trip to see Yellowstone Natl. Park, and not sure I can do it now with my lungs. He's ordering the test timely to determine what i need to do the trip safely. He and the oncologists want me to go, but i'm not sure if i'll be able to breath.??. He is a wonderful Dr.

Pleasant environment, clean waiting room and exam room, my only grip is that the GPS is wacky - the office did warn me but it was still wacky.

I asked the office staff to arrange a ride share for me to their office. Unfortunately, they sent me to the wrong office. I assumed maybe the doctor had changed offices so I didn't question it until I got there. The staff in Mountie from very graciously called the Mount Laurel office and changed my appointment time and rearranged my ride for me. Everything was great other than that ride.

I love the way everybody's very happy and friendly and we laugh and that's a big thing in helping somebody recover. So I love the way everybody there has a great sense of humor. It helps me greatly.

I should be able to get a hold of the doctor quicker than I am with the people that take the messages and also I should get a response quicker on my chart than I do normally.

As a retired Hospital Pharm, I feel I know my way around HCPs, the good, and the bad. The fact that I selected Dr David Baumgarten to be my Pulm says a lot. Being a clinician myself, our discussions can go deeper than most, with the corresponding understanding of the condition and treatment(s) and the reasons why an agent is preferred. I am very comfortable in this office, where everyone is in a good mood whenever I'm there, which almost makes me wish I was there more often ?
