This was my best mecical experience recently. Dr. Peters was able to answer all of my questions in a thorough and understandable way, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of possible traatmnets. He is very knowledgable and helpful.

So I haven't been to the doctor in many years, probably four, and Dr. Peters obviously knew that, and he didn't make me feel bad about it. Like, he definitely stressed the importance of, like, no, having regular checkups, and, you know, anything I had that was concerning, he would be answered, but he was just very professional, very informative. I also work in the healthcare field, so having someone who is professional is something I really appreciate, because I know sometimes we can be a little analytic and sometimes use terms that people don't understand. And he was very down-to-earth. He was very understanding. He was very professional. I can't say more good things, but I can promise you it will not be another three or four years before I return to the doctor because of how professional he was. So I just want to, you know, thank the Hacksack Radio Health team and everyone because he was great.

Dr. Peters has excellent bedside manner. He's, oh, he didn't mean to say that. He's very compassionate, empathetic, kind, and intelligent. He knew about my history before I even entered that office, which really impressed me.

I really resent having to answer a survey every single time I want to see a physician. The physician was fine, the office was fine, but these customer service surveys are intrusive, annoying, and meaningless. And please do not send me one again.

Dr. Peters was very interested in all of my health concerns and really made it a point to explain things in a way that I could understand. He also has a great bedside manner, if you will. I felt very comfortable talking to him and he really seemed to care.

After the physical, I got a flu shot and I was given the shot. However, I was a little confused because that evening and the next day, I didn't have any pain in my arm, nor did I feel achy like I normally do when I get a flu shot. So I'm just wondering if that flu shot took or not, because it felt like I didn't get anything. I mean, you know, there was no like soreness in the arm where, you know, later on in the day or anything like that. Anyway, that's it. Bye.

Excellent customer service to me from the person at the front desk who helped me fill out the paperwork and also excellent customer service by the x-ray technician who took my x-rays.

My opinion is about the survey itself. Perhaps a not applicable choice should be given. I t makes me uncomfortable when surveys are obviously constructed to steer answers. Just one person's opinion.

On my visit with Dr. Peters, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he had a great bedside manner, listening to the issues that I came in with and him being aware of other issues that occurred from his findings from the quick exam. And so I was extremely pleased with his services. and to move forward with him for the future.

Hi, I have not seen Dr. Peters before. This was basically a prescription renewal visit. So I don't have a lot of experience with them, but he did strike me as very competent and capable. Thanks, bye.

My Experience was Great with Doctor Peters. He did an amazing Job explaining my foot pain issue and was very through with his work. He gets a 10/10. However, the Bloodwork part in the lab was not pleasant. one of the technicians did not seem knowledgeable enough while taking the blood and try to take blood in 3 different places of my arm, before managing to get it on the 3rd try.Poking a needle and feeling around for a vein and not being sure if she was in a vein did not sit well with me and wasn't the best experience. Good thing i have a high tolerance for pain. I would say some more practice is needed in that aspect. i would rate the Lab experience a 1/10.

Well, first I would say I called because I had a condition that needed treatment, and they did give me an appointment right away. So that's very good. And it was also unexpected because I know how busy they are. And then I was only in the waiting room a few minutes when the nurse or whoever called me in. And then I was able to go and speak with the doctor who They had to give me a test, a urine test first, and then you could see that I needed to have medication for bacterial infection. So anyway, the medication was good. I've been on it for a couple of days now, and I feel as though I will be, this will be a remedy.

This is the first time I saw Dr. Peters. I was very impressed by his caring concern for my medical issue and his treatment of the same. I was also impressed with his nurse. She was a lovely young woman with a beautiful smile and kind heart.
