Dr. Patten is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen to all of my concerns about my condition. I have recommended him to someone in north Louisiana who has an appointment scheduled to see him.

Everything was great! From the time I checked in, got called to an exam room, and saw the doctor was very smooth and quick! I wasn’t in the room for long before Dr Patten came in! Also he has great bedside manners!

Ashley..at admission was thorough and friendly .....and Brandi with Pulmonology tests was super...very relaxing and enjoyable ....laughed a lot !

Dr Patten is always very professional and makes sure I understand everything he sees on my x-rays and keeps me well informed about how I’m doing and if we need to change anything

I live in LaPlace & I choose to come Thibodaux Medical. I do have MD’s in Metairie (2) but TRMC is the best. I have never been hospitalized there but feel the same level of excellence would be provided. Dr. Patten is fantastic as is his office staff. I let my pharmacy (Bayou Drugs) know this well. I have seen a new GI Dr (Dr. [ ] ) as well & am just as pleased with him & his staff. I have never had one negative thing to say about TRMC. People often ask me why I drive all that way to see MD’s & I give them the same answer. It’s a pleasure to share my thoughts here with you all.

It is so nice to be able to sit and talk to him and his PA as well they are so attentive. Not rushed and thoroughly accessing all my issues. He recommended a test to see if my COPD was genetic I’ve never even heard of that ‼️ Well done indeed so glad my PCF Dr [ ] recommended Dr Patten to me

I liked that Dr Patten will perform another scan before putting me on a one year watch.

The staff dropped the ball on scheduling me for two tests, the tests were scheduled the Friday before my appt. This should have been done at a much earlier date.

Dr. Patten And His Staff Didn’t See Me As A Number BUT A PATIENT!!! Dr. Patten And His Team Took Great Care Of Me With A Smile. Yes ! I Would Recommend This Establishment So Far As Excellent TEAMWORK MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. Keep Up The Great Work.
