Dr. McNaughton listens carefully, has two-way conversations, and explains everything clearly and without condescension. Even at a standard yearly physical, he did not rush through the appointment. We talked about diet and nutrition in a way that felt empowering and encouraging. Glad to have Dr. McNaughton as my primary care physician.

Dr. McNaughton takes the time and listens to concerns I have. He is very patient and knowledgeable with any questions that were asked by me. His medical assistant is always very friendly and welcoming. She also answers any questions I had.

His assistant, Deena, is so kind and calming. She is a joy to interact with. The front staff is so efficient, professional and personable. He has surrounded himself with people who excel at their jobs, which I must assume make him able to be a better provider.

I had an exemplary experience at my appointment with Dr. McNaughton from start to finish. The front staff was kind and receptive. Despite the large snowstorm that hit the morning of my appointment! They answered all of my questions thoroughly and transparently as did the Medical Assistant who checked me into the room who was equally thoughtful.. Dr. McNaughton was genial and supportive while remaining relatable and understanding, a rare feat. He took the time to explain aspects of my health and listen to me. Also conveniently for the visit, was the lab in the office, which made it easy to remain compliant and the transition to complete these tests was seamless. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. McNaughton without hesitation.
