The experience was the best in every way: Janelle (scheduling, communication, follow up on my digital charts from Minnesota and pleasantry), Ethan Nurse Practitioner (Highly knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, great communicator), Dr. Helfet (True professional exemplifying what a great doctor should be: listener, generally interested, focused on me - not keyboard entry, and provided me with a sense of confidence going forward). I regained faith in the medical industry from this visit.

Dr. Helfet, his PA Ethan [ ], and the rest of the staff could not have been kinder. I had a previously scheduled biopsy on the day of my injury and the staff did everything they could to work around this appointment. Really very kind and understanding.

Dr Helfet is the consummate professional in every way, i.e. knowledge, physical skills, social/interaction skills, etc. He is simply the best of the best.
