I did enjoy meeting him & his staff. He looked me in the eyes & explained everything, rather than typing information into a computer while discussing options for me. ( the computer programs many drs use today let AI summarize the notes from the office visit & it isn’t always what went on in the appointment.)He explained my #s from previous blood tests & the ‘25 CT.He is a man who treated me with respect & didn’t make me feel like I was just $$$ for his time. Thank you , Dr . Kandath.

dr takes care of the entire patient before he walks in the room. He has reviewed your chart for any specific problems you may have and then speaks to you about them. He encourages you to participate in your care.

Dr. Kandath saved my heart life 15 years ago with a life changing diagnosis of aortic coarctation. Without the heart surgery at John Hopkins Medical Center I would probably not be alive today.
