The provider was very thorough. I had my prescriptions filled and they were very courteous at the window to take me in as soon as I got there and I was able to give my co-pay. So the appointment went very smoothly.

Yes, Dr. Frank was wonderful, and I feel very comfortable with him. I just have to suggest that in the waiting room, you have at least one or two high chairs. I have trouble walking and sitting, and sitting in the low chairs is just, and getting up from them is very difficult. I've seen them in many other doctor's offices, the higher chairs, and I would just recommend that for this office. Thank you.
