Dr. H. answered my questions and quickly decided to refer me for a needle biopsy. I wish my primary provider had been clearer when instructing me to schedule a “biopsy” so I could have scheduled the right kind of biopsy. Dr. H. was patient and kind in regard to this error .

Dr, Heidt was caring and professional and honest with me. He told me that surgery would probably lead to more problems and that I should just live with my issues. I would have preferred a cure, of course, but I appreciate that he was up front with me.
