It is so wonderful to finally get a diagnosis and a treatment plan after so many years. The dr were very nice, and they actually sat down and talked to you.

Yes, nurse and receptionist at front desk could've been more helpful and kinder. I didn't understand the first question about Clinic staff and didn't want to show any displeasure with Dr.Standaert and Stephanie. They were both very thorough and understanding of my situation.
