Knowing how busy Dr. Gaines is, it's amazing how present he is during the visit. He is great about answering questions and taking the time to explain things. I am blessed to have such a caring and knowledgeable physician.

Always prepared for his patients. Never in a rush, listens intently, asks deep questions, makes many suggestions for your visits. Always feel better when you leave. Feel like I can reach out anytime and he’s ready to help. address my concerns. It’s a shame we can’t cull him. He’s is the best and I’m 84 years old. Thanks for allowing me to respond.

Dr. Gaines is a refreshing change to most drs in this day & time. He is kind, witty &. Most importantly knowledgeable of your medical issues. He is patient & thorough & never makes you feel like he has one foot out the door. I feel like I am in the best of care with him & his staff. The practice runs very smoothly, the staff will actually talk to you on the phone & they get your questions & concerns answered in a timely matter!I would highly recommend Dr. Gaines to my family & friends.

He talks to you and explains everything to be doing something wrong. He’ll get on to you to make you do right you just I just have to listen to him and do what I’m supposed to do to get myself well but he is very good. He takes time with his patience and talks to you like a doctor should

Dr. Gaines is a very knowledgeable and kind primary care provider who I feel takes care of my entire self, both physical and mental health. In this day and age of doctors treating you like a number and just trying to get you in and out of the practice as quickly as possible… Dr. Gaines is a unicorn. All patients should be lucky enough to have such a capable and kind provider taking care of them.

Dr Gaines is the best physician I have ever had . Not only does he provide wonderful care but he teaches you . I learn something every visit , he takes his time regardless how busy he is and is so empathetic. I travel 1.5 hr to see him

Dr. Gaines takes genuine interest in me as a patient, and when he asks questions he truly listens to the answers and offers multiple options. It's clear he cares about his patients, and it's also clear that he stays very much on top of the "state of the art" and recent studies when it comes to treatments. I'm comfortable talking with Dr. Gaines about all of my concerns.
