Dr. Gaines is so amazing. I completely trust him with my medical care and he is an absolute pleasure to see. He always takes the time to explain everything to me in language that I can understand and he is very clear with my treatment plan and options. He spends a lot of time with me as a patient which can be difficult in today’s fast paced environment, but he always makes me feel like I’m the only patient he has when I’m with him. That’s a rarity in today’s world.

D rGaines has always been an outstanding physician-very caring and knowledgeable. He always listens, provides current and effective treatment plans, and follows up. He answers all questions. He is the best primary care doctor I have ever encountered. The healthcare system would be better if all doctors had his expertise, dedication, and manner. He is definitely an asset to the Trinity medical system.

Dr. Gaines is so very well rounded - astute clinician, stays current on knowledge, treats me like I am the most important person at that time. I know he spends time preparing for my appointment and following along w/ diagnostics, as well as closing the loop. Can't you clone him?

Trinity Health should recognize the level of expertise Dr. Gaines has and take very good care of him as their employee. If you loose Dr. Gaines - you will loose many patients.
