Dr. French did not make eye contact during my visit, and the whole appointment felt rushed. He didn’t seem caring or interested in what I had to say. I left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable - definitely not the kind of experience you want from a doctor.

Dr French listened good to very good again not possible to define. There was a art about liver functions that I have a greater concern than the one tests show. Not his fault but the data systems seems to be a problem so time was required to compensate for missing data. Again not Dr Frenches fault. On a couple things I felt it necessary to ask for more information but that may be my fault as I want to understand what is going on.

This last time, Dr French didn't address any of my concerns at all. He just lectured me on his concerns until the appointment was over. He did not even offer any workable solutions or consider my underlying medical conditions. Because of this, I intend to switch primary care doctors in the near future

Great doctor, listens and interprets symptoms extremely well. He address multiple issues during a visit with him and sets up the proper treatment plan, including referrals to other specialists when needed.
He is very personable, I Highly recommend him.

Dr. French is thorough, compassionate, listens well and truly cares about his patients. I found him during Covid days 2020 ( as he was on call for my doctor at the time). I was impressed how he actually reviewed my chart and knew my medical history before calling me. He knew exactly what kind of treatment I needed for my symptoms because of a disease I have. I immediately changed to him as my regular doctor and I have not been sorry. My husband, daughter and sister all go to him as well because of my recommendation and they are very happy with him.
