He properly introduced himself, he really listened to my questions and gave me sound advice without judgement. He was kind, took his time with me and made me feel assured and comfortable that I was on the right track to better health. I remember him listening carefully to my heart front and back, but do not recall him looking in my ears or into my sinuses, as the report would imply that he did.
