I have the upmost respect for Dr. Bavers and depend on his expertise for my care. However, since this office has bee taken over by Trinity the quality of service has decreased to the point that if I were much younger I would be looking for another provider. You have to go thru several layers of gatekeepers to actually talk directly with Dr. Bavers office. Then you have to explain more than once your issues and their response is we'll leave a message with the office and someone will get back to you. More than once the message is wrong and does not reflect my medical concerns. Sometimes the message is never sent. No one accepts the blame for these complaints and you don't get the impression anything will be done to improve these concerns. Your doctors are so over booked and stressed that follow-up appointments are pushed out too far. God forbid if an emergency arises and you need to see your doctor soon because of pain because it can be six weeks before you are able to get in. I could say much more but I feel I am only wasting my time.p

Very personable Doctor. Always interested in my improving my health. Like and appreciate him.Don't feel that way about Trinity, however. Don't like incompetence of billing people or having to deal with a call center. Especially that I cannot reach anyone IN the Doctor's office. Have had to drive to Doctor's office and see them in person to resolve problem. Have also had to reach call center as many as 3 times in one week to get a prescription sent to the correct pharmacy. THREE TIMES!
