This was my first appointment with dr. Backstein . Dr Backstein took time to study my medical history, listen to my concerns, explain my condition and discuss alternatives to treatment. Yes, the radiology tech. Friendly, knowledgeable, explained instructions well. Can’t remember his name but there both times I needed X-rays. Very tall, energetic, happy, talkative :-)
