Yes, the radiology tech. Friendly, knowledgeable, explained instructions well. Can’t remember his name but there both times I needed X-rays. Very tall, energetic, happy, talkative :-)

Elizabeth at the front desk was especially kind and patient with my husband. Everyone kept us informed about length of time and how many were ahead of me. The provider helped me on with my [ ], which is above and beyond a specialist’s responsibility. I was happy to see the provider allowed a prospective medical student shadow him.

Everything was outstanding. I was initially saddened that my surgeon left the practice (I thought highly of him and his work) but Dr. Backstein has been wonderful to work with! (Hector Hernandez and the support staff are all wonderful too!

Everyone at Creekside Ortho is wonderful. Care and communication has been exemplary. Appointments are kept promptly which demonstrates respect for patients' time. The people we've encountered have been not only courteous but personable. I've especially appreciated the kindness of Michelle and Hector (PA), but truly our experience with the practice overall has been stellar!

Dr Backstein evaluated me and was honest and said he didn't think surgery at this time should be an option. I respected that he took into consideration how I was doing etc and didn't jump into having me get [ ]. He told me if my [ ] should go up don't hesitate to call him. Should that happen, I would not hesitate to contact him again, and if I need to have [ ], I will want him to perform the [ ].

Dr Backstein seemed to hear my concerns about [ ] , continued [ ], [ ]. He assured me that the length difference was minimal and would not lead to [ ]. With regard to the other complaints, it was a rec to wait to see results of the [ ] my neurologist ordered and to give it one year. Recheck scheduled for [ ].
