Everyone at Creekside Ortho is wonderful. Care and communication has been exemplary. Appointments are kept promptly which demonstrates respect for patients' time. The people we've encountered have been not only courteous but personable. I've especially appreciated the kindness of Michelle and Hector (PA), but truly our experience with the practice overall has been stellar!

Dr Backstein evaluated me and was honest and said he didn't think surgery at this time should be an option. I respected that he took into consideration how I was doing etc and didn't jump into having me get [ ]. He told me if my [ ] should go up don't hesitate to call him. Should that happen, I would not hesitate to contact him again, and if I need to have [ ], I will want him to perform the [ ].

Dr Backstein seemed to hear my concerns about [ ] , continued [ ], [ ]. He assured me that the length difference was minimal and would not lead to [ ]. With regard to the other complaints, it was a rec to wait to see results of the [ ] my neurologist ordered and to give it one year. Recheck scheduled for [ ].

I had an issue with [ ] while recuperating from [ ]. I texted Dr. Backstein on a Sunday afternoon with my concern and he responded to me right away.

The whole crew at NPG Orthopedics are phenomenal. Dr. Backstein, Dr.[ ], Johnathon and Michelle, they all go above and beyond to help my well being. Overall the whole crew are great including the front desk ladies. Thank you for all your help, appreciate it. [ ].

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. The nurse was excellent and caring. The doctor was knowledgeable about my situation and offered a remedy for the problem. I would highly recommend the practice!

I found this practice to be excellent. From the front office staff to the nurses and PAs to the surgeon, everyone was helpful, respectful and informative. [ ] were done first, the results were discussed with the surgeon and I got a [ ] after to discuss [ ]. I would highly recommend NPG Creekside Orthpedics.

Yes, I have only seen Dr. Backstein once for this initial consultation regarding my need for Knee Surgery in the coming months. I would feel comfortable having him do the surgery. But will not decide until consults with 2 other surgeons that have been recommended to me.

Was able to schedule a visit quickly. Telephone directory needs to be updated. Dr Backstein is not included on it.
