My experience was very positive. My concern is that I will not be able to see her again because I was told I have to see a doctor from either Springfield or Chicopee because of staff shortages

The nurse and PA that saw me were excellent. I would continue to go there if I was allowed to, every interaction with any nurse or PA at this location has been great

Forcing patients to other cities because you can’t get Drs to stay in your offices is ridiculous! All you are doing is forcing patients into other providers offices! Management of Trinity is poor at understanding patients needs

I ask to see Kristen Daugherty as my medical provider because she’s taken the time over several visits to get to know about me and my medical history. Very comfortable speaking with her about any concerns.
