The information provided was thorough, understandable and detailed. The PA Daryl Flanagan was professional, yet so very easy to talk with. She was also personable and truly seemed to care. I now feel like I am under the care of medical personnel who will work with me for a better quality of life through my health issues. I was totally pleased and impressed.

Location was easy to find and I had zero waiting time.
The care I received was top notch! I was able to have tests done with a diagnosis in less than 48 hours.
Daryl Flanagan PA was excellent. She described all the tests to be done and explained the results of the tests. She offered options for treatment and sent referrals as needed. I did not feel rushed and appreciated her time and obvious concern.

The staff was very helpful and had pleasant attitudes, the only thing I would change about the clinic is that your wait time is too long. Other than that, I had a great experience at GREYSTONE.

Staff was amazing the PA Daryl Flanagan spent time to address my cervical and lumbar issues and wasn't in a rush to move to the next patient I'm thankful for her since my last neurosurgeon spent only 6 minutes with me and didn't answer any questions my family and I had

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mrs.Flanagan explained everything and showed me pictures of my MRI and explained everything so I could understand it. We went over some possible options for me and overall, I actually feel better about my issues.

I was seen very quickly. As a matter of fact, I spent absolutely no time in the waiting rooms. As soon as I registered, a nurse took me to a treatment room to check my vitals. The PA came in very soon after the nurse left. The PA was friendly, showed concern for my issues, and respect for my thoughts and opinions. She explained my diagnostic results and gave me several options for treatment.

Very friendly staff. Felt like I was home. The office was clean, temperature was comfortable and the overall ambiance was superb.
The aesthetic of the clinic is very soothing and welcoming as well. Overall I was very impressed and delighted with my entire experience.

Dr Flanagan listen to my concerns, she spent time examining me, she asked questions, she went over my imaging explaining to me what I was looking at. Also she is working on the next steps in my plan of care to determine what would be the best treatment for my condition.

Daryl was the most helpful out everyone I've seen for this health issue. I have seen 2 neurologists, a spine doctor, orthopedic doctor and my primary doctor and none of them could help.

I was told to come 1/2 hour early for X-rays but when I checked in on 2nd floor told they were not needed. But after seeing the P A they were needed so had to wait another 30-40 minutes.
