Staff was amazing the PA Daryl Flanagan spent time to address my cervical and lumbar issues and wasn't in a rush to move to the next patient I'm thankful for her since my last neurosurgeon spent only 6 minutes with me and didn't answer any questions my family and I had

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mrs.Flanagan explained everything and showed me pictures of my MRI and explained everything so I could understand it. We went over some possible options for me and overall, I actually feel better about my issues.

I was seen very quickly. As a matter of fact, I spent absolutely no time in the waiting rooms. As soon as I registered, a nurse took me to a treatment room to check my vitals. The PA came in very soon after the nurse left. The PA was friendly, showed concern for my issues, and respect for my thoughts and opinions. She explained my diagnostic results and gave me several options for treatment.

Very friendly staff. Felt like I was home. The office was clean, temperature was comfortable and the overall ambiance was superb.
The aesthetic of the clinic is very soothing and welcoming as well. Overall I was very impressed and delighted with my entire experience.

Dr Flanagan listen to my concerns, she spent time examining me, she asked questions, she went over my imaging explaining to me what I was looking at. Also she is working on the next steps in my plan of care to determine what would be the best treatment for my condition.

Very detailed in explaining condition, I felt very comfortable and cared for. The whole staff was kind and courteous. There was no wait time either.

Wonderful staff, everyone was upbeat and caring. The session with Daryl the PA was one of the best I've ever had. Spent quality time discussing and explaining my medical problems.

Daryl was the most helpful out everyone I've seen for this health issue. I have seen 2 neurologists, a spine doctor, orthopedic doctor and my primary doctor and none of them could help.

I was told to come 1/2 hour early for X-rays but when I checked in on 2nd floor told they were not needed. But after seeing the P A they were needed so had to wait another 30-40 minutes.

I had a really good experience with the staff. The nurse practitioner I saw. Flanagan really took time to look at my condition and explain what was going on.

PA. Daryl Flanagan and RN.Stephen were kind, respectful and welcoming. Ms. Flanagan was great at understanding and explaining my situation to me and she answered every question I had to the best of her knowledge with respect and kindness. For these reasons, I would recommend.

Daryl Flanagan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the issues that I have throughout my spine. Extremely thorough and took the time to listen to me, she was in no rush at all. That means a lot when you have the problems that I have. Very thankful that she was my provider and would recommend her to anyone!
