My doctor, Dr. Shah, is very knowledgeable and approachable. She always takes the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. Her staff is also very accommodating and excellent at problem-solving. Iām so happy to have her as my doctor.

Have already reccomended two family members who were unhappy with their long time practices as they felt they were rushed and like more like a number than someone who really cares. They are both happy with the change.

Being part of the HMH team, it was nice to see that great care spans throughout the system. From the moment I walked in everyone was helpful and friendly. It was my first time in the building and the employee at the front desk walked me to where I needed to be. The medical assistant was professional and attentive. Dr Shah was great and took the time to get to know me as a person and was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

The experience with Dr. Shah was very pleasant. As soon as she walked in, she introduced herself. We had a brief chat. So she helped me relax and then we started talking about my health. Even though it was my first time, I felt as if I'd known her for a while. And then she said what I need to do, what vaccination I need to get at my age. And I was very comfortable talking to her. She was excellent and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you.

Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgable. I like her a lot. She is always willing to help, even thru MyChart. Anytime I needed her help she helped. Not every doctor is like that. I am definitely sending my husband there for Dr. Shah to be his PCP.

I am extremely pleased with this facility. The woman in the front is extremely pleasant and upbeat. The intake person at the doctors desk is polite and professional. He even remembers who I am. Dr. Shah is nice, knowledgeable, honest, and cares about me. I am very pleased with her care. She is also respectful of my time as I've not had to wait more than 15 minutes past my appointment time and she spends the right amount of time with me to handle any concerns I may have.

Dr. Shah was very attentive with my mom while we were there. I like that she called, got back to me, called us, followed up, called me at home with concerns about my mom. She was very, very patient, answered any questions. I really like her bedside manner. with my mom. She just became my mom's primary care doctor only a few months ago. So I was very happy with her. So far, she's only been coming to her for a few months. And I appreciate that she did call to check up on my mom and called to tell me any.

Dr. Shah is the best GP I've had since I was 9 yrs old. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone. Treat her good and keep her. She is the best!!!!

Dr. Shah was very good, very professional, and was an excellent care provider. The staff there was also very welcoming and, you know, got me to my appointment very quickly. The nurse was very nice, and the front office staff was very nice as well. Would highly recommend.

This isnthe best medical care I have ever received. Dr. Shah and the staff are kind and patient and take the time to really listen. Everytime I go to this office I have such confidence in the new generation of medical providers. People my age are in for excellent care for the rest of their lives.

Dr. Shah is an absolute angel. I'm so happy that I found her as my primary care doctor. However, the front desk is not very friendly and does not interact very much with you when you check in.

Just been going back and forth with the pharmacy and Dr. Shah office going on 3 days now, because of one prescription that is missing/lacking information to be able to complete that order
