Dr Prime has been my doctor for years. He is professional, personable, skilled in his profession, AND HE LISTENS. Eugene was very thorough and accommodating. The person that called us back was so nice. The EKG person was respectful and nice.

Everyone that was involved in my care was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything to me! Dr Prime is not only a very excellent doctor but is caring of his patients but is attentive to their needs and takes time to listen and is very thorough in every regard of care !

Dr Prime's nurse had made me feel like the issues I was experiencing were being invalidated. She made me feel shrugged off like there was nothing else they could do for me, she left me upset and tearful. Dr prime however is such an amazing Dr and he assured me that we would find the issue and resolve it no matter what. He made me feel heard and I appreciate that more than anything. He turned around what I thought was going to be another bad experience into the best one yet. I look forward to having Dr Prime as my cardiologist even if it means having his nurse continue to make me feel like my issues are non existent.

Simple, I appreciate, like, and I am very confident with Dr.Prime. He was my cardiologist in a different practice. When I moved here from [state], [ ] years ago he was highly recommended by my associate. I sorely missed him, but I am back in his care once more. I respect his manner with me. He is my doctor, plain and simple no need to me be any where else. UAB, thank you!

Cause it's always about the patient and his or her opinion and questions and answers as much as it us the doctors.Doctor is willing to listen and to make comfortable in my visit.

The valet parking was so helpful. My husband and I both love Dr Prime. He was my husband's cardiologist I Gadsden. He is a skilled professional with a good bedside manner. He is very kind and compassionate

Dr Prime was my Dr in Gadsden and when he moved to Kirkland so did I so he could continue to be my doctor. He is a REALLY good Dr that takes his time with you and addresses your concerns. Very patient and caring!!! Staff was great also and very friendly. His NP Kristy was superb also.

I wasn't sure if I needed lab work. I called in advance of visit and was told yes. When I arrived there were no orders. Fortunately, the doctor was able to see me before scheduled visit rather than a long wait.
