Able to identify the problem and assess the situation in a timely and organized manner. Very polite and respectful, doesn't make you feel stressed when getting bad news about health. All the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and let you know what's going on without letting you feel like you don't know what's going on.

I was pleased with the professional service I received. Dr. Ward Joiner tested many times before the surgery to be sure that the correct diagnosis was arrived at before surgery was performed. Clear and immediate information was given post surgery to aid in my understanding of what I was to do at home.

I haven't been this hopeful about my eyesight in decades! Dr. Joiner and his staff save the eyesight of 65 or more patients every day! His compassion and concern match his medical skills. Everyone on staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of patients to the best of their ability. As busy as this office is, I was able to get an appointment within a few weeks. Dr. Joiner diagnosed the need for cataract surgery, and it was scheduled to take place in 14 working days! I have had several ophthalmologists in my life, and Dr. Joiner is the best. I am grateful to Dr. [ ], my physician, for his referral.
