Waited 45 minutes to see doctor after my 3 PM appt and left.This appointment had been rescheduled by the doctor because he was now operating more.Waiting room was crowded when I got there and I asked receptionist if doctor was running behind and she said no.I am a physician at a nearby facility and rushed through my clinic to be on time.I have asked for my copay to be refunded.This is the second experience like this and the last.Dr.Joiner appeared to be overbooked and has seemed uninterested in my glaucoma I will find another eye doctor.

Everything went well. I know doctors' offices are notorious for a long waiting time, I think a 2 hour wait to actually see the doctor (even with an early morning appointment time) is a little too long.

Excessive waiting time. You have an appointment time but it is always 45 minutes to an hour before you see the Doctor. Ridiculous a patients time is important also.
