My appointment was at 9:55. I was taken back on time and the assistant took my information. I was then taken to a waiting area and promptly forgotten. A technician called me back an hour later only to find out I hadn't had any tests. She took me BACK out to the waiting area where I had to wait another 20 minutes for tests. I finally saw Dr. Joiner and was released. I don't intend to come back to this office. I like Dr. Joiner but the staff seem very disorganized.

Everyone in the office was very pleasant and the wait was not extremely long! I really feel confident with Dr. Joiner and I feel like he is very concerned for his patients and takes the time to listen to the patient’s concerns and then recommends a treatment, if necessary!

I've only seen him twice. The office was very crowded and I was there for 3 hours mainly waiting. Upon arrival the receptionist was not very friendly at all so first point of contact was not impressive at all. Dr Joiner was very nice, answered my questions and now I'm waiting for a return call. It's almost been a week and they still haven't returned my call. So not sure how likely I would be to reccommend them. I think Dr Joiner is ok but, his office staff needs a change in attitude.

Although the wait was very long, I never felt rushed. Front desk did not want to copy my insurance card oddly nor drivers license. Also didn’t greet patients. Doctor and techs were great!
