We waited over 1 1/2 hours for Mom to see the Dr. She's 95, but in decent shape, but that was entirely too long to have to wait. Her time with the Dr. was only about 10 minutes, which we were happy about! The staff was helpful, but I sensed they were uncomfortable telling us that we are next, we are soon, when we were not. We value the care you provide, and are grateful. But this was a difficult day. Mom also had to wait a long time at her first appt.

Easy pre appointment procedures. Took me at scheduled time. Staff is friendly and skilled. Dr. Joiner is a great physician. I felt very comfortable about my appointment after I left. No better opthalmologist than Dr. Joiner.

Excellent care, but waiting time is outrageous; I have back problems and it took 3 hours!I can’t sit that long, my back was hurting.Should not overbook appointments.
