The waiting time was not long. Each staff member was prepared and thorough. I appreciated Dr. Joiner saying eyeglasses would not improve my vision; he could have prescribed expensive glasses and I would not have known it would not help me.

I was very pleased from checking in through checking out. Everyone was friendly and caring which made me relax and be comfortable. The test were explained to my understanding and Dr Joiner was very kind as he explained the procedure I will be having soon. I am pleased!

Three words: Doctor Wade Joiner. I'm [age] years old and not prone to "hero-worship," but Doctor Joiner is my hero. His knowledge, skill, and dedication (65 patients a day!!!) put him at the top of the list of professionals (all categories) on your payroll. I thank God that I don't need much of his eye-saving abilities, but there are thousands that do, and he provides them with excellent care.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Joiner was really good. The procedure was over quickly. Only downside is the restricted space in the parking garage. I think it was built before cars and trucks got so big.
