I like the ease of getting in & out. Small office, no parking decks, plenty of parking. Very efficient in getting you in & out. I love Dr. Joiner and coming to the Vestavia office!

I feel the care was excellent and the personnel as well. The doctor wasted no time in his examination and showed compassion in his questions about my health. He answered my questions with clarity and professionalism. Moving around was a little confusing. My name was called and I had no idea where it came from. A patient directed me.

The waiting time was not long. Each staff member was prepared and thorough. I appreciated Dr. Joiner saying eyeglasses would not improve my vision; he could have prescribed expensive glasses and I would not have known it would not help me.

I was very pleased from checking in through checking out. Everyone was friendly and caring which made me relax and be comfortable. The test were explained to my understanding and Dr Joiner was very kind as he explained the procedure I will be having soon. I am pleased!
