I have no problem with this provider the problem I have is length of time for my injury till I was able to see a doctor

We appreciated the time the whole staff took to explain things in a manner that we understood and answered all the questions we had.

JCOE needs to Improve wait time. If wait time is over 30 then Communicate with patient.

The doctor and PA are great at explaining everything and taking the time required without rushing. This may also explain how they are running late .

This was rough surgery but the whole team was there when I needed help through out the 6 week post op time.
