Ms Thorn is caring, patient, and quite knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and also asked questions of me. She explained when to use ice or heat on my knee. No one had explained that before. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

I've been a patient at Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedic for years. I keep coming back because of Danielle Thorn. She is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of knowing. She is good at her job. I feel very comfortable with her . Everyone at the office is always very friendly and willing to help and answers questions.

Yes, they treated me very, Danielle, treated me very well. I've been coming there for many years getting the cortisone shots on my knee, but this time they didn't have the silicone. Maybe the next time I come, if they had a silicone, it would be good instead of her having to order it. But every time I come there, they treat me with respect and they do a good job on the injections in my knee. And I appreciate it very much. Maybe the next time it would be nice if you had the silicone on hand instead of ordering it. I'm very impressed with the services that I received from Virtual Orthopedics. And I'll come many times again.

When I made my appointment I wasn't able to make it with whom I wanted to. Fortunately I did get the person I wanted. You should be able to request whatever provider you trust for that appointment.

I met with my usual PA Danielle Thorne. She is beyond wonderful. I am very comfortable with her knowledge experience and manner. I am appalled that I cannot request appointments with her specifically. I am not ok with surprise practitioners. Please make it so appointments can be made with specific PAs.

I am very grateful for the knowledge and care the providers have had in my whole process. They continue to be supportive. Any urgent needs are easily and quickly addressed through the portal as well.

The PA Danielle was the best I ever had. She listened to me and understood what I was talking about and really talked with me about my problems.

Danielle was exceptional and professional. She knew what my needs were and she took care of it. I just like her a whole lot. But what I do wish that could happen is that each time that a person, well in my case, go to the doctor for my needs, I would like to have Danielle. I don't like getting a different person each time, but Danielle was really, just a really nice, good person and doctor.

I believe that everything was done very well for my surgery from the pre-op appointments all the way up to the surgery and through the surgery, especially during the surgery and recovery of the surgery. It was very nerve-wracking for me in the beginning to have to go through, but they made it a great experience. And I'm very, very, very happy with the result of everything. And I want to say thank you very much. I appreciate you all.

I keep coming back to Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics because of the great service and care. If not for my doctor Danielle Thorn who is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. She makes my care a priority because she loves helping people.

I had a very, very good experience at the center, especially with Danielle. She was very understanding. She went through everything like my medications, what I had to stop taking before the surgery, made sure that I was able to understand what she was telling me and also I was able to feel free to ask questions and she answered them very clearly for me and whatever corrections I wanted to make or say, she allowed me to do so. So I had an excellent experience with Danielle and I would recommend her and that center and the doctors to everyone. Thank you.

Once the person that answered my appointment call knew I wanted an appointment near me, she was able to refer me to the PA, and I was seen the next day. Great experience, start to finish for me.

It is horrible that as the patient i do not know what provider I am seeing until they walk into the exam room. Patients have the right to know who will be providing care and should not be told "one of the PAs" when asked who they are scheduled to see. Patient's are allowed to have a preferred provider and shouldn't be forced to settle for whoever happens to be working that day.

some good and some not great. Scheduling and admin were difficult. Had to do two pre surgery PA appointments for no reason. Not happy with the admin staff, not efficient. The doctor is good but everything is too rushed. Not sure if I would make the same choice next time.

The x-ray tech was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Much better than the x-ray tech at the Burlington office, who is always miserable! My appointment was completed on time.
