The staff in Dr. Lann’s office has always been fantastic in my experience. Polite and so easy to work with. From the nurses to the front desk staff it has always been an excellent experience.

Another great visit with Dr. Lann and her team at Hope Tower. Nice to have conversation with staff that remember who you are and don't treat you as just another patient.

OMG- From Marissa to the nurse to Dr. Lann... this staff is the most amazing out of all my providers. Why? They're caring, compassionate and knowledgeable... I love Dr. Lann and her practice. Just wish she could be someplace other than Hope Twr.

Dr Lann is always extremely thorough. She has kept my son's thyroid in check. She always treats him with compassion, respect and kindness. We are lucky to have her as our doctor. I do feel bad for her and other providers for being forced to wear masks again. Her glasses were clearly fogging up, this would really agitate me but she handled it with grace and a smile

Once again, my appt. with Dr Lann went very well. Dr Lann always takes the time to discuss and go over any and all questions as needed and also She makes sure all appt. and paperwork are in order as needed. Dr LANN is one of the best physicians we know. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, great bedside manner, listens intently and answers questions in an easy to understand way. We also like the fact that we don't have to go to the hospital to see her at her office there; the satellite office is very convenient and easy to find parking etc.
