The thorough testing and clear, concise explanations of my eye health and vision issues enables my planning for future vision care. I will continue to rely upon Callahan Hospital Clinic 601 for my eye care.

Doctor Isen is absolutely the greatest! She took her time and gave personal, undivided attention to my medical problem. She made her recommendations clear. I felt as though I was being examined by an old friend.

The technicians, the doctor and the front office staff are all professional, friendly, kind and so very knowledgeable! They answered all my questions and told me what and why they were performing every test.

The Tech & Doctor were great but we waited in the examining room for over a hour & a half. This is totally too long for 76 year olds to sit and wait. What was done for us took maybe 1 1/2 hours. We sat waiting for 1 hour & 40 min.
We arrived at 1:00 pm & left at 4:10.

Dr Isen was wonderful and 10/10 recommend. The first nurse that started my chart was a bit rude, but for the most part everything went smoothly and the other staff was very friendly.

My appt was at 9:45. It was almost noon before I was finished. I spent half that time waiting to be called as well as waiting to finally be seen by Dr. Isen. If I hadn't stepped out of the room & told one of the gals I had another appt, I would have been waiting even longer. Also, I'm sure she knows her stuff, but she seemed a bit scattered. Maybe it was just me. Anyway, I guess it doesn't matter now, as she'll be moving to Mobile.
