My experience with all of the doctors, nurses, and staff at HSS has been absolutely wonderful! I really can not say enough good things about the facility and people. I feel my pre op, surgery, and post op care has been extraordinary and my recovery process is coming along fast and seamless with all the attention to detail, caring, and fast responses I have received from my team. I know that if I ever need you again I would be in good hands. I highly recommend HSS to everyone needing care.

Meeting him and in the hospital was all was good. I didn’t receive a follow up call like I was expecting, and a bit disappointed about not having home PT visit. I did make a few calls for myself and eventually got online PT but early on I had questions and they weren’t answered until I advocated for myself and got some online help.

It was great. Very professional yet very comfortable.
