Front desk could use some help. First time i came she was ignoring the instructions dr gave me. I asked if she was sure she said yes. And i said can you please go ask vecause i drive an hour to come here and i was correct. Things happen i had alot going on. But i came in for my 3rd visit and she couldnt find me. I told her the other two drs ive seen and when and no communication.just told to go sit. The front desk is a stark contrast to the stellar care and attention i get from drs, nurses and interns.

Dr. Cooley is the absolute best. She saved my husband's life by taking his marginal Gleason numbers seriously and not waiting and seeing. She understands our medical history and cares about our holistic well-being.

Everyone in this practice is kind and compassionate. Dr. Cooley is the very best and always positive, upbeat about my care. I also like that it is a teaching facility the students are great and I enjoy being a part of that process.

Dr. Cooley really does care about her patients. She goes above and beyond every time she fits me in to her schedule so that I can see her on a regular basis, no matter her schedule or mine. And she has seen me and knows exactly what helps to support my pain management. And she's a great asset to this practice.

The services that Dr. Cooley provides at the office as well is just excellent. I have no complaints. She's been my primary care for nearly 20 years. I have the utmost confidence in her as does Rowan. I have been a patient here for decades. ( Even when located in Hainesport ) Dr. Cooley is awesome! The only thing that wasn't addressed was some strange chest pain I experienced that I explained to the student. It was chest pain & nausea while getting a pedicure. It went away as quickly as it came.

Yeah, she's a wonderful doctor. She seems very knowledgeable. It's easy to talk to her. You can understand her because I'm hearing impaired, she talks very clearly. A and she takes her time to answer any questions I have. I really like her. She's doing very, very smart. It's important. She knows almost everything about something about everything.
