My prescription took way too long to be filled due to the nurses not paying attention to where my pharmacy was listed and failing to put instructions. She also completely ignored my request for a doctors note when I asked twice

The nurse was a bit unprofessional and rude. She did not seem to know why I was there. I explained it was a follow up appointment that the Dr. wanted me to come in for. She kept telling me I didn't need to come in, but I had a voicemail and a message in MyChart from June with the Dr telling me to make an in office follow up appointment for August. I figured that should be a note that the staff would see. I had to leave work for this appointment, so I wouldn't have made it if I didn't have to. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I didn't wait long, the staff was efficient, and Dr. Wright was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns and I didn't feel any pain during my exam and pap smear.

Dr. Wright was very thorough and informative and professional. Unfortunately, I was unaware of menopause specialists within the.Virtua system. If I have been informed it would have saved me $50 co-pay and my time meeting with Dr. Wright. If this information was available in my chart, it would have provided me with additional choices for my care. As a result, I must now make an appointment with the menopause specialist and incur another co-pay expense.

Dr. Wright and the support staff are all very kind and professional.

Dr. Wright is a phenomenal doctor. I am dealing with several difficult issues all at once, and I felt extremely seen during my appointment -- not just as a patient, but as a person. I never feel rushed, I feel like my concerns are taken seriously, and I feel like Dr. Wright makes it a point for her patients to have a sense of agency in their own care. She is also proactive, thinking ahead on our collective behalf. There are very few providers like her, and the practice is extremely fortunate to have her.

Dr. Wright is amazing!!!! I've never had a bad experience with her. Her bedside manner is unmatched!!!

This was the GYN and I usually don't like women examining me. Dr. Wright is so, so good.

I really disagree with the camera mounted overhead of the exam table in this OBGYN office! If its about theft prevention, there are better locations for a camera to be mounted!

Because I am Hispanic, not the doctor, but her assistant had an angry expression, and in fact, she put an interpreter on the phone who even hung up the call and left. Another person came and helped me, and she was very good.

only one person was actually personable and that was the young Black woman at the reception desk. The caucasian woman at the desk ignored me. The PA was rude. very short with me. didn't seem like she wanted to be there. the rudest of them all though was the woman who drew my blood. she literally only used her words when necessary. and what i mean by that is when she was drawing my blood i had a fist made like she said and instead of her using her words to tell me to relax my hand, she hits my hand to signal for me to release the fist. the actual doctor made a mention of how there are other offices with other doctors closer to my home. i came to this location specifically for her so to be told i can go see someone else unprovoked was unnecessary. this is really the cliffs notes version but the overall premise is i won't be back
