Danielle is excellent at her job. She goes above and beyond to get answers to what’s happening. She ran appropriate tests and was able to treat me. She is very thorough snd I would highly recommend her.

The check in clerk was very nice while the nurse who took my vitals & the NP who saw me were both very nice to deal with! I would recommend this Lely Urgent Care facility to All!

I went in without an appt as I had been sick for three weeks . Everyone was very nice and I was seen very quickly and examined thoroughly. And I was on my way home to rest with the meds I needed . Very good experience

Very thorough. I had [ ]. All were executed properly and results explained fully. The nurse practitioner provided direction and leadership to her staff and explained each function and the results. She had a comfortable bedside manner and communicated efficiently and effectively.

I didn’t get her name but the receptionist was outstanding! She was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in that setting. Very welcoming and assuring. I was visiting from out of state and she made me feel like I made the right choice in choosing that location. We come here regularly and if needed I would come back and recommend it to others.

Danielle’s and Lee’s professionalism , knowledge and courtesy was outstanding. No wait and the fact that is was [ ] and NCH was opened and no let down by them because they had to work on a [ ]. That goes for the two nice woman in the reception area also.

We are from Chicago, and people told us healthcare down here was not very good. But we have been to NCH IMMEDIATE CARE for about a total of six times in the last 18 months and I can’t say enough good things this Danielle bear and Dr. [ ] have been in our eyes 200% amazing, they talk to us with us and answer every question. Most importantly, we have always gotten better from their treatment plan and there’s always been follow up. We are very impressed!
