I was able to get an immediate appointment for an abrupt and upsetting issue. Doctor and staff were patient, comforting and handled all medical details. Office called immediately after appointment to set up further care. I'm confident using this practice.

Everyone was so friendly and the office and restroom was clean. The staff asked questions and listened to the answers, so you didn't have to repeat what you were saying. It really was a great experience

Everyone was nice - no long waits --experience was good except I had to call about test results and was told it could be up to 72 hours before the doctor gets back to me After he reads them.

Dr. Brandt was extremely helpful and informative about my planned colonoscopy. He was also helpful in providing suggestions in dealing with my digestive issues with Ozempic.

If I can't answer a call from the hospital, give a phone number, but make sure they give me an extension number because when I call back, I can't use any of the options the machine provides, and it's frustrating. They also need more staff to answer calls, not just machines.

Dr. Brandt has been my favorite doctor since entering the Virtua Health Care system. Him and his team have been able to help me manage my gastrointestinal problems while still considering my input on my desired incomes. I would like to say that I really appreciate having Dr Brandt as my physician. He is willing to spend the time to make sure that I fully understand. He recently scheduled different testing to be done on me. This included blood work and an ultrasound. I had both done within a couple of days and once he received the results he got back to me within a couple days. You cannot ask for any more than that. He's always willing to spend the time to explain. Thank you. I would definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues.
