As in every visit, the consultation was thorough—all concerns addressed and further steps initiated to address those concerns. I always know I’ll get the best of care from Dr. Pace and staff.

Dr. Pace is most thorough during any visit whether it is a minor problem or a more complex. He is very calm and compassionate during each visit. I have the utmost confidence in him and the utmost respect for him. I am grateful he is my PCP.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I have no suggestions for things being improved. From being checked in to the nurse’s interaction to Dr. Pace, everything was smooth, efficient, and polite.

Dr Pace has always been great and has always provided me with the best care. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. He is my family’s primary care doctor and we all love him. He has always taken time to listen to me and provide me with the best care . We loved that he takes time to explain whatever is going on with me and my family. I leave there knowing that I have complete faith in his knowledge of my issues and will take whatever step is needed to proceed forward. I personally couldn’t have pick a better doctor for my family.

Dr Pace and his staff are always friendly, caring, and concerned about you. They are always professional, but are still able to make me feel like I am not a patient that part of their family. I have never had any problem with this office or Personnel.

The amount of time Dr. Pace spent with us. Didn’t rush us in and out. He has always done this and I appreciate it so much. Answers all questions.

I have only seen Dr. Pace, but have had xrays, and blood work done and all three areas are extremely quick about getting you in and out. No other office or dr. that I have been to has ever been so efficient and quick.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Getting back tests results need to be sooner. I was in on Monday morning and it is now Friday afternoon and I haven’t gotten any results.

Everyone was great from receptionist to nurse to Dr Pace, great people, including the lab, I am very pleased to have them caring for me.

Nothing at all, I got in and out quickly but think it was all done well.

His bedside manner is excellent. He truly cares about me as a patient. He tries hard to figure out what’s wrong. If not for him I don’t feel like my Alzheimer’s would have been caught as fast as it was. I feel very blessed to have him for my doctor.

In November I was admitted with a broken arm. It required surgery. My surgery was postponed for 4 days due to clearance needed by a cardiologist. They tried to control my pain . As anyone of you know pain management is difficult when it comes to broken bones. The nurses did the best they could with what was ordered. I had horrible pain that I won’t ever forget. My surgeon had told me I would be going home on Sunday. One of the hospital interns came in without asking how I was and ordered me to be discharged home. I had no family that was preparing to come and get me. My pain was not under control . I was rushed out without all my belongings home care was not made available. I had to wait until Monday for home health.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Everyone need to be on the same page. If they were concerned about the length of the my stay. They should have expedited things up front of my stay.
