Dr. Putnam saw both my wife and myself. My wife is handycapped and he took his time and explained her eye status to both of us. I was a little easier, but he still took the time to explain my status.

Dr. Putnam was his usual casually vague and pleasant self. Short but never curt with answers and comments. I learned from the front desk that he is leaving - he never mentioned that it was our last visit. He's competent and that matters far more than conversation.

Dr. Putnam is very knowledgeable and has a very calming demeanor. So sorry he’s retiring next month but he’s had a great career and I wish him well.

It was wonderful from when I first walked in. The receptionist greeted me with friendliness and respect. The staff that performed portions of my eye exam were friendly and thorough. Dr Putnam was wonderful. He performed a complete eye exam in a calm manner with skill and expertise.
