Again, it was just a pleasure to speak with Dan about a subject I know very little about. To have him answer my questions and add ideas that I hadn't thought of was great. And to know I will see him again in 30 days for follow up is great. I feel so much better having a plan.

He gave me many good suggestions to improve my A1C without increasing medicine. The last person I want to did not give me ideas on how to do it with diet. He explained what foods I could eat that would reduce my A1C.
