From the initial encounter with the pre-appointment RN, to the information desk and TKC-Neursurgery registration team, and culminating in the appointment with Linda [ ], NP and Daniel Harmon, MD the experience far exceeded expectations. Every step of the appointment process showed me how this professional team is not only efficient and well trained, but a first-rate medical experience.

Excellent experience for my son who is the patient and for myself as his provider. I would highly recommend this clinic as a part of the transition program for young adults. It was a great experience.

The department functions well, the wait time is not long and my doctor, Dr. Harmon is excellent, personable and very clear in his explanations about my condition. The nurse practitioners are also excellent.

LOVE Dr. Harmon and his entire staff. They are always so patient, friendly, supportive, and kind. They take the time to answer all of my questions and I always leave their office feeling encouraged and informed.

Dr.D.Harmon & medical & his team they explained the surgical per seizure. to me step by step and I I'm thankful .that he did that and it gave me a peace of mind knowing that he has a plan for surgery that he's going for me.

The sweet nurse who triaged me was phenomenal! She was so kind and came and checked on me several times due to them running a little behind. She was absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Harmon and staff were excellent. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Dr. Harmon spent lots of time explaining the situation in a very understandable way. After the visit, I have a much better understanding of the procedure he plans to correct my situation.

After I arrived my wait was very short before being called back. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and thorough in asking heath questions. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my options and answered all my questions very patiently.

Dr.Harmon, his NP and nurse were all friendly and very thorough. We did not feel hurried and felt they answered all our questions.

I love how Dr Harmon pulls his chair up and looks you in the face when he's talking. He seems to truly care about his patients. I trust him going in for surgery more than any Dr I've ever been to. He and his NP's try to explain what will happen in surgery and what to expect afterward. They have made it seem not to be so frightening even though this is such a serious surgery. And I've had extreme swelling in my feet and legs for weeks. My nephrologist says my kidneys check out fine. Dr Harmon says that kind of swelling occurs with Congestive Heart Failure and has called off my surgery until I get it checked out and an ok from a heart doctor. I think I've made the best choice possible for my spinal cord surgery by choosing Dr Harmon and his equally caring staff!

Dr. Harmon is great. Patient, understanding, and caring. As is his nurse practitioners Meghan and Linda. And I cannot forget his tech, Mike. He is great too!

I was extremely pleased with the amount of time Dr Harmon and his assistant took to check me out, explain in detail along with the pictures from my MRI and carefully explain what was wrong with my neck and back , what my symptoms were and how he felt we should go about treating it yet leaving the final decision up to me. He wasn't trying to rush me out as quickly as possible and seemed to be in no rush to make sure to answer any questions I might have. I had asked my pain management group to refer me to someone else for a 2nd opinion with one of UAB's best Neurosurgeons. All the reviews I'd read about Dr Harmon were very encouraging but my visit yesterday with the staff and the doctor himself left no doubt that I would be assured the best care possible in the hands of Dr Harmon. I feel I can trust him and his care completely.
