My wait time was very short and everyone is very pleasant from all the way from the receptionist to the doctor. I'm always very happy when I attend my appointments at Dr. Ra's office.

I am very happy to know that I have found such a diligent, knowledgeable and patient professional. He answered my questions without hesitation and gives honest feedback back Dr. Ra is awesome and very caring his bedside manner is beyond measurable. Even when you can see he has worked tirelessly between patients and their many question's and concerns. I have even recommended friends and family to visit him for their care needs. This is why I absolutely love my Virtua doctors because of the skill they possess with playing a vital part in caring for me.

Dr. Ra takes great care of me. He monitors my levels and is on top of all of them. My health issues are complex. He explains so much to me. He is patient, kind, understanding. An excellent communicator. I truly am blessed to have Dr. Ra as my physician.

The people who greeted me were pleasant - something I always appreciate. The doctor's nursing assistant was friendly and upbeat as well. As for Dr. Ra, he is top-notch. He is knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining "the medicine." He has a caring attitude. I left the appointment with a greater understanding of my medical situation and then he wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. What could be better than that! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Ra as my nephrologist.

The entire experience was excellent. Dr. Ra is such an outstanding doctor. He explains things, he gives you time, he assures you if you have concerns that he can give you support for or correct because sometimes you have the wrong thoughts about things and he's quick to change that. He's just an excellent doctor and his manner, his bedside manner is absolutely outstanding. He has wonderful qualities and so does the entire staff. I would definitely recommend them to my family. Thank you.

I am thankful to have found such a calm bedside manner, listened to my concerns and explain my options and the next steps even followed up the next day about my lab results. I came to learn a very i settling issue with my health and left feeling slightly at ease with my care provider at this stressful unfortunate time. So Virtua and Dr. Ra, I thank you.

Following my visit, I had to get several more blood tests. Dr. Ra called me personally the next morning to review in detail the results of the tests. He reviewed and offered suggestions for the few that were out of range. He also made sure that I had any of my questions answered. I was surprised that he took the time to do this before his normal scheduled office visits started. Thank You, [PHI]

It's not often that you walk into an office where everyone greet you with a smile it's such a rare thing anymore. Everyone spoke so I could clearly hear them and I wear two hearing aids that's a big plus for me. I recommend this office and the people who work there for anything that I could have.
