Doctor Richman, his PA Lisa [last name] and the office staff member, Rashard [last name] were unbelievably committed to my care. There were extenuating circumstances with getting me connected to a Doran’s Hospital in NJ and they all went above and beyond to help me get the care I desperately needed. I’ve never had such a positive experience with any Doctors Office…ever. My stress level was the one symptom that was cured from the onset which made everything else better right away. I still have a ways to go but through their care, compassion and attentiveness, I know I’m in the right place with the right people and things will get better. Thank you!!!

His explanations of surgery procedures and post-surgery expectations,were clear and helpful.

At each level of the appointment (description of each step, how to move, what likely to feel, what completed & when finished with the process) reduced anxiety greatly.
